The PicoSure® Pro works with ultra-short energy pulses in the picosecond range (one trillionth of a second), which generate a photomechanical effect. This enables effective decomposition of the colour pigments, which are then broken down by the body. Particularly noteworthy is its ability to gently remove even colourful tattoos (red, orange, purple, yellow, green). Compared to conventional nanosecond lasers, fewer sessions are usually required, saving time and money.
The PicoSure Pro is also suitable for the gentle removal of permanent make-up.
Thanks to its ultra-short pulses, the laser precisely breaks down the colour pigments without causing significant damage to the surrounding tissue.
